Non-Refundable Policy
At Houly Retreat, we operate on a non-refundable policy due to the nature of our bookings. Our retreats require advance planning, and when you reserve your spot, we close our calendar to other clients.
When a retreat is booked, we incur costs and potential earnings are engaged. This means that these spots could have been offered to other clients, emphasizing our commitment to those who have secured their place with us.
Refunds are not offered unless there are exceptional circumstances, accompanied by tangible proof of emergencies. However, please note that refunds will never be granted for any cancellations made within 7 days before the retreat.
We appreciate your understanding of our policy and the commitment we both enter into with each booking.
